Celebrating International Women's Day

Today, we celebrate International Women’s Day!

Established in the early 20th century, this year’s theme is Count Her In: Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress. This theme encourages us to work towards greater inclusion and pay parity for women globally.
At White House Property Partners, our female-led, all-female team embodies the spirit of International Women’s Day everyday and speaks volumes of the benefits that come from women in business and their contribution to leadership, inclusivity and collaboration. Our nurturing, supportive and empowering culture sees our whole team working collaboratively to transform challenges into opportunities and to support each other’s personal and professional growth. Our intentionally values-driven approach has helped us to achieve incredible results for our clients, ourselves and our families/loved ones.
We thank those who’ve come before us (both women and men) who have paved the way for us as wells as those who today support us to be the best we can be. We will continue to encourage women (and men) to stand in their value and champion equal opportunity for all.
We thank you, our community, for your support of our team, and look forward to helping you in the future.

THE LOCAL MARKET
With the WA Day long weekend just passed, it was no surprise to see the number of listings reduced with many home owners holding off launching to market until after the long weekend. REIWA is reporting there was a 3.4% decrease in the number of listings available for sale at Sunday 3rd March with 3,962 properties listed on the market. This number is composed of a 3.1% decrease in houses listed, 1.8% decrease in units listed and a considerable 6.7% decrease in vacant land listings. Overall, we saw an increase in sales of 4.9% compared to last week with 1,051 sales, consolidating the strong 6.7% growth we saw in the previous week. However, overall listings remain 44.2% lower than this time last year, reflecting that we are still experiencing a consistently low volume of properties for sale and high demand continuing to create a very competitive market.
At White House Property Partners, we are driven to provide the best results for our clients and were delighted to have put TWO properties under offer last week. Advisor and Negotiator Louise Pope helped two sets of thrilled buyers secure 10/3 Paget Street, Hilton and 22B Paget Street, Hilton. 22B Paget Street was put under offer after a short 5 days on the market and just one home open.
